Represented chapter 11 debtor that was formally one of California’s largest lumber distributors through plan confirmation. Case included the resolution of labor union matters, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation claims, as well as sale of real and personal property assets.
Represented hip hop label Rap-A-Lot 2k Records in the prosecution and defense of claims relating to recording contract involving music by artists Scarface and the late Tupak Shakur in the Death Row and Marion Suge Knight chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
